Proposed Local Rules for Public Comment

Proposed 2026 Local Rules.

Pursuant to Rule 10.613(g)(3)(B) of the California Rules of Court, an electronic version of all proposed amendments and additions to the Local Rules of the Superior Court of California, County of Tehama, are posted on the Court's website at www.tehama.courts.ca.gov. The Local Rules being proposed will replace the current version in their entirety on January 1, 2026. A hard copy can be made available upon request.
